WHAT WE BELIEVE
Fast4U.S. is a biblically based ministry committed to true revival in our nation through the power of God and the people of God turning to Him.
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.“
(I Chronicles 7:14)
We stand affirming the Christian faith, as attested to in the Bible. We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally and plenary inspired Word of God, as such, they are inerrant, infallible, and God-breathed. The Bible is to be our sole authority for Faith and Practice.
(2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
We affirm that there is one God, the Creator and Sustainer of all things. He exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, who are equal in power and glory.
(Deut. 6:4; Matt 29:19; 2 Cor. 13:14; John 14:10, 26)
We believe that mankind was created in innocence in the image and likeness of God, but by voluntary transgression fell from his sinless and happy state, in consequence of which all mankind are now sinners, not by constraint, but of choice; and therefore under just condemnation without defense or excuse.
(Gen. 1:26-27; Gen. 3:1-6, 24; Rom. 1:18,20,28; 3:10-23; 5:12; 6:23; Eph. 2:1-3)
We believe that salvation is the gift of God given to mankind through repentance and faith. It is by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, Whose precious blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins.
(John 1:12; Ep. 1:7; 2:8-10; 1 Peter 1:18-19)
We strongly affirm that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Saviour of the world and that He, and He alone, can liberate broken, hurting, and fallen humanity from sin, death, and self-destructive behaviors. Thus, for the salvation of sinful and lost humanity, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, which is received by grace through faith and trust in Jesus Christ, and not as a result of good works or trying harder.
(Eph. 2:7-10; Titus 3;5)
Finally, we affirm that, as human beings, we are created by God in God’s own image, and that we are called and created to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind and to love others as ourselves. This, however, only becomes possible as we acknowledge our need for God and bow our knee to his Lordship in our lives.
I John 1:7,8; Luke 10:27)
